My homes WA provided us with excellent customer service building our home within 20 weeks. All staff were very prompt to reply to any concerns we may have had and quick with paperwork. The build was expertly managed with our site supervisor keeping a close eye on all contractors. All contractors chosen did a lovely job and we were able to walk straight in to our home the day we got our keys. The build was a hassle free easy build, we where given great support and guidance during the pre build process and all our inquires and changes accommodated to on a timely manner.
Aircon, flooring, solar panels, painting, anything I could think of, went into the house and it was still done in such a timely manner. We have received so many comments about how well thought out our layout was and how well it all flowed, both from our building team and from our visitors. The vision was so perfectly executed by the My Homes team, and we are so grateful they did such an amazing job for us! Thank you so much My Homes, I sing your praises to everyone I know and would not in any way hesitate to recommend your company. This was our first home that we built since emigrating to perth 10 years ago, a my it was worth the wait.

We went with My Homes WA to build our family home. I had built initially, and was dreading the whole process again, but My Homes made the process very easy. We first met with Kristy, who really listened to what I required the home to have and to be.
Install was a dream, on time, clean, professional. A few days later Brad rang to say that he'd noticed my solar feed was being excluded from exporting by high local voltages and he raised a case with Western Power. Brad persisted with this and it now looks like we have resolution, with two non-compliant systems being identified nearby. Another reason to stay with reputable installers.

Meetings with Brad were punctual and well explained, the install was on time and site left clean and tidy. I have been completely satisfied with the way this build has been managed. I was notified of the next phase of build and the workmanship is very acceptable. Any issues were dealt with immediately and price was a little up there but not over the top. We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. So around 3 months after pad down we are already at lockup stage and the next day much to my surprise the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are already here and installed. The service that I got from Casey was Excellent she was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Our Project was very involved due to Sub Division, Demolition, Swimming Pool and Construction of a Double Storey Home and I couldn’t have asked for a more smoother process and handling of this project. My build was very well managed by Casey and MyHomesWA.
It was a smooth process compared to what I had anticipated. The finished project is my dream come true and I am grateful to My Homes WA for its contribution. Always very helpful if we needed to make changes and were very helpful helping us to actually decide and design what we wanted! The team arrived for the install when they said they would, they were organised, tidy and checked in regularly that I was happy.

The site works ended up being under 20k and the price of the house was better than any other company for the inclusions. We signed contracts towards the end of December and cheekily asked if there was any chance of getting the pad down before Xmas. Well somehow they got all the approvals done and the pad went down on Christmas eve! Over the last 3 months i have had constant updates from Casey in the office and the few times i have had questions or a few minor problems i have emailed through and always had a reply that day. Everything has been promptly resolved to my satisfaction and i consider the service to be 10/10 especially compared to my last build which i thought had gone quite well My Homes has taken it to an all new level.
